In 2009, I was living and traveling around Italy and spent one week working an olive harvest in Tuscany just outside Siena. And miracle of miracles, that oil- Primo Olio - is now bottled and sitting in Los Angeles ready for you to take it home.  Primo Olio is made in extremely small quantities, is all hand harvested (I would know!), unfiltered and bottled by hand. It is also certified organic, but could otherwise be considered biodynamic as well.
